From thinking to thanking

In a 2020 study , researchers "proved" that a state of not thinking is impossible. They also found that the average person has over 6,000 thoughts a day. With such a "data volume," it can be beneficial to use this process to one's advantage, rather than against oneself. According to the study, thoughts build upon and influence each other. It could all start like this, for example:

Thank you for allowing me to say thank you.

Thank you for letting me breathe.

Thank you for my body.

Thank you for allowing me to feel joy and sorrow.

Thank you for the fresh air.

Thank you for the beautiful nature.

Thank you for the roof over my head.

Thank you for giving me a job.

Thank you for my feet that carry me.

Thank you for giving me food.

Thank you for giving me something to drink.

Thank you for allowing me to feel pain and well-being...

Over time, we come up with more and more things we can be thankful for.
